Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Prelisted subscriptions. By purchasing a Prelisted subscription, you agree to the terms below in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. General policy: all sales are final

Prelisted is a digital service delivered immediately upon purchase. As a general matter, all sales are final and we do not issue refunds for completed billing periods. This applies to monthly, annual, and lifetime plans.

3. Auto-renewing card subscriptions (Stripe)

Monthly and annual card subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. If you wish to avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date. We do not issue refunds for charges that occur because cancellation was not requested in time.

4. Crypto payments (Bitcoin / USDT)

Crypto payments via BTCPay Server (Bitcoin) or on-chain USDT (TRON / BNB Chain) are one-time settlements per period and do not auto-renew. If you need a refund of a crypto payment due to an error (e.g., overpayment, paid the wrong invoice), contact us within 14 days of payment via the contact form.

Crypto refunds, if approved at our sole discretion, will be sent in the same cryptocurrency and on the same network as the original payment, minus network/transaction fees. We do not convert crypto refunds to fiat.

5. Lifetime plan

The Lifetime plan is a one-time, non-recurring purchase. It is non-refundable except where required by applicable law (see Section 7 below).

The 3-day free demo carries no charge and therefore is not eligible for refund.

8. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback through your card issuer or bank, please contact us first via the contact form. We aim to resolve disputes directly and most issues can be addressed faster this way. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in immediate account termination.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
